Secret Quilt .... Revealed

Finally I can show the secret project I was working on. Remember the previews I showed here.
I made this quilt as a Birthday gift for my friend Heather.

Here is the quilt on my in-laws porch. I showed her the quilt and she loved it! I just have to add the label and I will give it to her!

I saw these gorgeous hyacinths in their garden. They are one of my favorite flowers! I will plant more next fall.

The fabric line is called Feline Friendship from Henry Glass. It was a free project on their site. You have to go to the project library to find it. You can download the free pattern here. I changed it a bit and added few other fabrics.

I love the backing fabric and how the quilt is wrinkled after washing it.

Those tulips are in my garden. I am behind on my garden work, I hope to catch up this weekend.

    Great quilt! I love the crinkly look after it is washed too! Your in laws porch is so quaint and their flowers are gorgeous.

    Zlaty, what a neat and great quilt you made for your friend. Blue and yellow is such a great combination. Thanks for sharing the free pattern too. Your spring flowers are gorgeous and look so healthy.
