I made this quilt for my friend Heather as a Birthday gift.
She had a really hard year and I though she would like a quilt made especially for her. Heather is a learning to quilt and she already made a quilt for her nephew. I am very proud of her because she even quilted it on her Singer she bought on clearance years ago. Heather is inspired to quilt more and she even upgrade to a Baby Lock machine witch I think will help her since the Singer didn't have a 1/4'' foot.
Thank you Amy for organizing the Blogger's Quilt Festival for third time! There are more then 600 entries already at the Amy's Creative Side: Blogger's Quilt Festival - Spring 2010. If you have some spare time go check it out and get some inspiration!

Thanks for commenting on my quilt! I love your quilt and the photo of the quilt folded over the handrail is great - the daffodils and the stones in the background. I just love it!
