Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I am not Irish, but my favorite color is green, so
Happy St. Patrick's day friends!
I just put on a green sweater so I won't get pinched ! :)
I am still learning about the holiday. It's also called Shamrock's day. According to legend, St. Patrick used the shamrock , a three-leaved plant, to explain the Holy Trinity to the pre-Christian Irish.

I like a post with a picture, so here is a photo of my Pineapple quilt:

I had fun quilting it! I started quilting it on my Janome and finished it on my new Baby Lock :)

Here is a close up of the quilting. I did free motion quilting.
I have a lot to learn, but I had fun quilting it! :)

My Baby

My hubby got me a new baby! It is a new sewing machine Baby Lock Quilter's Choice Professional! She is so sweet and fast! It's part of my B-day present :)


........and that's not all. :) I got a New Joy Gold Standard Quilt Frame! I still can not believe it! We went to the dealer to try the Juki TL 98Q, but I liked the Baby Lock much better! I am getting the frame delivered this week! It's so exciting!


I got to play with my baby yesterday! I did some free motion quilting and I really love it! Today, I am gonna try the walking foot by adding binding to my quilt!

This Fishnet quilt looks like a fun project, I think it will be pretty if I do all different colors for every square!

My hubby love squares, I think he will be big fan of this "Ten Squared" quilt!

It is always fun to look at quilts and get inspired! I love the tree quilt!
