Very First Podcast

It was a fun day today! We went to play 27 holes mini golf with our friends Heather, Chuck and Bret. Chuck won, so he got to keep the "trophey"! Congrats !!!
Later tonight Bret and Scot decided to record their first podcast talking about the history of Tricky Owlbear and about future products. It turned out to be a lot of laughing while listening over and over to the podcast. You will too! :)) You can check it out later this week when it's posted on their website at: TrickyOwlbear.com

This is a picture of the hardcover of the print book

Phillies game

Scot and I went to the ball game with Mom and Dad on this last Sunday. It was a late game that started at 8 p.m. because they showed it on ESPN live. It was a good game, that ended around 1:30a.m. I was very happy that Phillies won over Dodgers. We had great seats and a lot of fun!

Visit to "Caroline's Cottage Cottons", IN

Me and Scot have been very busy this summer going to the pool, working in the garden and travel. I went with Scot on two trips to Chicago, IL. On the way back we visited this little lovely quilt shop "Caroline's Cottage Cottons", IN. The whole house is quilt shop, in every room they have different fabrics.

Now I can vacuum with my favorite vacuum! :)

Olympic Gold Medal for Bulgaria!

Rumyana Neikova has won the first Gold Medal for Bulgaria in Beijing '08. She won in the row in women's single scull as she score 7:22, 34 min. The Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov attended the competition. Rumyana has now a full set of Gold, Silver and Bronze Olympic Medals! I remember watching the Olympic games in Sydney 2000 where she finished the same time with another atlete and the photofinish gave her the silver medal. She did not take any chances this time :) Bravo Rumyana! She has the same name as my Mom :)

My Dahlia bloomed this gorgeous yellow color!
I planted first in a pot because my garden was not ready. The garden was full 3 inches with these little red stones me and Scot had to remove. Then I came up with the idea to paint the lower wall white which gave me a good contrast for my flowers. Then we had to move soil, plant the flowers and water with love :) and added brown mulch, that Scot choose and I agree that it looks great. I am very proud of our achievement in the front and side gardens. For now I think we are gonna leave the back for next year ;-).
