We used to have this flower in our garden in Bulgaria but not as tall. It's called a roster comb. I love how the bloom looks like a skirt with ruffles ;)
I love the look of my side garden!
These are my purple dahlias. The blooms are smaller then the yellow ones, but color is very pretty!
