Daisy Pincushion and the rest of the quilts

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday! I did!

Me and Heather finished the matching pincushions we worked on between projects. They are so adorable and pretty big, too. The pincushion is around 6"X 3". Heather picked the colors so the pincushion looks like a giant daisy!

The pattern for "Wild Flower Pincushion" can be found in "Bags, Pillows & Pincushions" Magazine:

I also did some Black Friday shopping. I got my first Honey buns from Greenfairyquilts.com These are my first honey buns. I don't know what I am doing with them yet. They might be good for a mini quilt since they are 1,5 ''.

I also visited my local quilt shop "Happy Sewing Room" and got these fat quarters. The red one is their Christmas present.

Here are the rest of the Eastern PA Shop-hop tour. The quilt below is the sample made by "Endless Mountains Quiltworks". This was a very nice shop and I like their quilt, but it was the fardest for us to go to. We were lucky and had a driver that day. Thank you Scot for driving me and Heather to the shops!
Here is the quilt at "118fabrics" shop. I like the border of the quilt.
Here is the " J&B Craft Supplies & Fabric" Store in Nescopeck, PA.

And the last shop we visited was "Quilting in the Valley". Their quilt is pretty, too.
I hope I got all the shops and matching quilts right! :) Me and Heather had fun during the shop hop and got a lot of fabrics for couple of projects! ;)

I also received my 5'' squares from the I spy swap I was in, but I will have to show you next time!

Until then, Happy sewing!!!

Thanks for the great shop hop!! I don't know if we ever had this conversation before, but my hubby is from Kutztown. My in-laws are all still there. A couple of my favorite shops there are Wooden Bridge Dry Goods and The Quilter's Palette. I am sure you are familiar with both. Love them!!

Zlaty, the Daisy pincushion is so pretty and it will hold so may pins. You can never have enough pincushions. Say "hi" to your friend!

You got some very nice fabrics...now we have to wait and see what you are going to make next.

I always enjoy your show and tell...and this time thanks for sharing all the Basket Quilts.
Hugs,
Millie

That is one good size pin cushion! I too just bought four honey buns from Green Fairy when she had that sale. I think I will make a smaller log cabin quilt with them....that is what I'm thinking anyway.
