I know what you are thinking! Isn't too hot for beef stew?! Well even when in the summer we have to eat, right?
I am using my crock pot and then I will have more time in the evening for sewing + leftovers!
I first padded some flour to the beef and then browned it on all sides. I chopped onion, celery and carrots and put them on the bottom of the pot.

Yummmmmy. It's a pity I live too far away to pop round, although I can smell that wonderful beef from here.
It sounds really good to me!
Sounded yummy!

Sounds delicious!
Sounds yummy Zlaty! So how did it turn out?
Sounds yummy, and what better way to cook than in a crock-pot slow cooker...any time of year! 8-)
So how did your stew turn out?
Zlaty, I need some ideas for dinner and this sounds so yummy and good. My family will love this recipe.
Hugs,
Millie
We had beef stew the other night too! I think it's a great summer dish with the fresh potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes at farmers markets. I also love my slow cooker.
