I was inspired by Rachael Ray's turn on "Sloppy Joe". Here is a link to her recipe for Hula Joes. It's a pretty laid back dinner, I used paper plates too.
I alternated the recipe by adding some veggies: onions, carrots and celery. I saute them and put aside.
Brown the beef or I used Meatloaf mix. I used Manwich sauce, but Rachael Ray make her own by combining tomato sauce, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
Add some cubed pineapple. Combine everything and heat it through. I served it over toasted rolls.
Works great for leftovers, too!
Bon Apetit!

Thank you Zlaty. The Hula Sloppy Joe looks like a nice and easy meal. So that is what we will have for dinner tonight.
