Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I am not Irish, but my favorite color is green, so
Happy St. Patrick's
day friends!
I just put on a green sweater so I won't get pinched ! :)
I am still learning about the holiday. It's also called Shamrock's day.
According to legend, St. Patrick used the shamrock , a three-leaved plant, to explain the Holy Trinity to the pre-Christian Irish.

I like a post with a picture, so here is a photo of my Pineapple quilt:

I had fun quilting it! I started quilting it on my Janome and finished it on my new Baby Lock :)

Here is a close up of the quilting. I did free motion quilting.
I have a lot to learn, but I had fun quilting it! :)

Happy St. Patrick's day!

Hi Millie,

I didn't finished the binding, yet. I am so excited quilting with the new machine because my Janome didn't want to do the free motion. I am waiting for my frame to be delivered this week.

Happy sewing!

Thanks for the blog comment Zlaty!
The quilt is approx 68" square and that is me in the picture in 2007 with my swollen PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) face and glasses. Unfortunately the PCOS "acts up" once in awhile and I "poof".
Thank you for the PIF kudos hopefully someone will sign up soon.
