Quilt Festival

I have been busy sewing this week and I haven't post. I saw lots of my on line friends joined the Quilt festival. Amy from Park City Girl is hosting it.

I am showing my wedding quilt. I started this quilt before my wedding with my mother in-law and some of her friends and mom mom. The fabric was a gift from my mother-in-law and she helped me pick the fabric, but my color choices were based on my favorite color green and my husband's orange. I hope you like it :))

I am very proud of this quilt, because I quilted it on a domestic machine and the quilt is huge. I just did quilting in a ditch, but it was difficult, so I am very excited to try my quilting frame..... very soon!

It's fun visiting all the quilt blogs and looking at the quilts! Take time and visit Amy's blog and looked at more then 550 quilting blogs!

Happy Sewing!

Zlaty, this quilt is beautiful and the storey behind it so special. A wedding quilt made of your and your husband's favorite color...so unique. And you quilted that huge quilt on a domestic machine which is not easy at all.
